Tom Cruise is being sued. In paperwork filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Michael Davis Sapir is suing the “Knight & Day” actor, along with his attorney Bert Fields, and jailed private investigator Anthony Pellicano, for allegedly wiretapping his phone during the course of a previous 2001 lawsuit that Cruise had filed against Sapir.
